We process this information based on your consent, given by submitting the contact form, and, where a project moves forward, to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

Data storage and processing

Contact form submissions are processed by Resend, a transactional email provider, and delivered directly to our inbox at hello@straitworksstudio.com. We do not store submissions in a separate database. Resend is based in the United States, so submitting the form may involve an international transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area; Resend provides contractual safeguards for this under its own data processing terms.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if a project moves forward, for the duration of our business relationship. You can request deletion at any time by contacting hello@straitworksstudio.com.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the website is used (for example which pages are visited). It is a privacy-friendly, cookieless service: it does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. The data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
